OMV’s Annual General Meeting has resolved on a total dividend of EUR 4.75 per share for the financial year 2024, of which EUR 3.05 per share represents the regular dividend and EUR 1.70 per share the additional dividend. Furthermore, all other agenda items, including elections to the Supervisory Board and the Remuneration Report for the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board for 2024 were resolved upon.

Today's Annual General Meeting has resolved on a total dividend of EUR 4.75 per share. The payment date is June 10, 2025. The annual financial statements as approved by the Supervisory Board were presented. The Executive Board members and the Supervisory Board members were discharged for their activities in the financial year 2024. KPMG Austria GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Wien, was elected as auditor, Group auditor and the auditor of the consolidated sustainability reporting for the financial year 2025.

Due to the expiry of the mandates of three Supervisory Board members elected by the General Meeting, all with effect as of the end of the General Meeting held on May 27, 2025, and one vacancy on the Supervisory Board, four Supervisory Board members were (re-)elected by the General Meeting:

  • Ms. Elisabeth Stadler (re-elected)
  • Mr. Hans Joachim Müller (elected for the first time)
  • Mr. Jean-Baptiste Renard (re-elected)
  • Mr. Robert Stajic (re-elected)
