ReOil® is OMV’s proprietary chemical recycling technology that converts suitable post-consumer plastic into feedstock for the production of chemicals, in particular new plastics.
We operate ReOil® at our Schwechat refinery in Vienna, ever advancing the technology in order to bring circular feedstock to the market.
In cooperation with Wood, a global leader in consulting and engineering solutions for energy and materials, we are also licensing ReOil® technology internationally to fully unlock its global industrialization potential.
We offer flexible partnership models to enable refiners and polymer producers to integrate ReOil® technology into their own facilities, while benefiting from full lifecycle support.
