Gender
We are committed to advancing gender equality at all levels of our organization. As a technically focused industry, achieving gender balance presents an ongoing challenge. One of our key aims is to increase the number of women in management positions. By 2025, we aim for women to hold 25% of these roles, rising to 30% by 2030.
