Magdalena Moll will join the OMV Group as Senior Vice President and take over the management of Investor Relations. The former head of Investor Relations at BASF SE will take up her post in June 2016, succeeding Felix Rüsch, who will assume new responsibilities at OMV as head of Strategy. Felix Rüsch will be responsible for both departments from April until Magdalena Moll joins the company in June 2016.
Magdalena Moll studied economic science at the University of Vienna and then completed an MBA at Miami University in the USA. Following eight years in the banking and industry sector in the USA, she returned to Europe in 1992 to manage the Investor Relations department at Mannesmann AG in Düsseldorf. In February 1999, she moved to Henkel KGaA, where she was responsible for Capital Markets and Investor Relations. As Senior Vice President at BASF SE, she has managed the Investor Relations department since 2003.
