Notice of early redemption

OMV Aktiengesellschaft, the Issuer of the EUR 750,000,000 Perpetual Subordinated Fixed to Reset Rate Notes with a first call date 2026 (the "Notes"), exercises its call option pursuant to § 5 (3) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes. The call redemption for the Notes will be effective 27 August 2026. Therefore, the Notes will be redeemed in whole in accordance with the Terms and Conditions on 27 August 2026. The call redemption amount will be EUR 750,000,000 plus any interest accrued on the Notes to but excluding such redemption date yet unpaid.
