Daniela Vlad steps down from OMV Executive Board

Daniela Vlad, currently Member of the OMV Executive Board and EVP Chemicals, will step down from the Executive Board by mutual agreement as of February 28, 2025. Her responsibilities will be taken over by other Members of the Executive Board in the interim.
