Isabell Hametner is new head of OMV Human Resources

As Senior Vice President, Isabell Hametner has taken over the management of Human Resources for the OMV Group from April 2016. She reports directly to OMV CEO Rainer Seele.

Isabell Hametner studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Business and Economics and her experience in HR management stretches back almost two decades. She has worked for leading international companies such as General Electric and Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods) in Austria, Norway, the CEE region and most recently in Switzerland. In Switzerland she built up the European headquarters in Zurich for Mondelez International, where her achievements included managing the HR agenda for establishing a joint venture spanning 45 countries.

Isabell Hametner on her appointment: “OMV is handling very demanding times. The employees are the key to mastering these challenges. This calls for a culture of honesty, trust and performance”. 

Isabell Hametner is married and has a daughter.
