Supervisory Board of OMV prolongs the nomination of CFO Reinhard Florey

In today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of OMV Aktiengesellschaft extended the term of office of Reinhard Florey (52) by two years until June 30, 2021. This extension option was included in the original contract. Reinhard Florey has been CFO of OMV since July 1, 2016.
Reinhard Florey graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering and economics from the Graz University of Technology while also completing his music studies at the University of Fine Arts in Graz, Austria. He started his career in corporate consulting and strategy consulting. From 2002 to 2012, he worked in different positions worldwide for Thyssen Krupp AG. Until June 2016, he was CFO and Deputy CEO of Outokumpu Oy.
