Mubadala transferred its shares in OMV AG to ADNOC

OMV has been informed through a statutory notification that the shareholder structure of OMV AG has changed. MPPH (Mubadala Petroleum and Petrochemicals Holding Company L.L.C, Abu Dhabi) has transferred its 24.9% of the shares in OMV AG to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) P.J.S.C. ADNOC now holds 24.9% of the shares in OMV AG and ÖBAG (Österreichische Beteiligungs AG) continues to hold 31.5%.

According to the notification to OMV AG, the share transfer took place on February 28, 2024.
