Change in the Press Office of OMV

• Michaela Huber hands over Head of Media Relations and Corporate Spokesperson - Johannes Vetter takes over

Johannes Vetter (35) will become the new Head of Media Relations at OMV starting from
January 2012. Furthermore, he will take over the function of Corporate Spokesperson from
Michaela Huber, who will now focus solely on her management position as Senior Vice
President of Corporate Communications (Media Relations, Internal & Public Relations,
Advertising & Branding, Sponsoring, Events and Online).

Johannes Vetter is an international communications expert, particularly in the energy sector. He was the Head of International Communications at MOL Group in Budapest until summer 2011. Previous to this assignment, he worked as a consultant supporting numerous national and international industry customers and public institutions.

Sven Pusswald (29) will act as his deputy. A third spokesperson position will be set up and assigned to Alexandra Seidl (36). She has been working at OMV since 2008. She will be in charge of regional topics.

The communications team around Johannes Vetter will also include Christina Plander (Press
Manager), Christa Hanreich (Press Event Manager) and Andrea Karakas (Press Expert).
