2022
The Financial Times has named OMV a top employer for the 3rd time in a row in its Europe-wide Diversity Ranking. Diversity and inclusion are the key to OMV’s success. 2021
We at OMV have successfully qualified for “equalitA – Equal Pay”, a seal of approval from Austria’s Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs. This distinguishes companies who promote women in-house, who ensure gender equality within the company, who bolster women’s careers and make them visible – thereby supporting the professional equality of both sexes within the company and beyond.
OMV is again one of the top employers in the Europe-wide Diversity leaders ranking by the Financial Times. The independent study assesses the leading 850 companies on diversity of gender, age, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation across 16 countries. We improved our ranking significantly in 2021 and are proud to disclose that we are ranked 72.
2020
We have earned a place in the first edition of the “FT – Diversity Leaders 2020”. The 700 companies receiving the highest rating by 80,000 European employees as well as HR and recruitment experts were publicly recognized in the FT as Leaders in Diversity.
2019
Employer Branding Award: On December 3, 2019, OMV won the Silver Employer Branding Award 2019 with its project “5 reasons to join OMV”. The Employer Branding Award is granted annually by the Employer Brand Managers Club and honors projects in the DACH region – companies that strengthen their own employer brand.
In 2019, we won the most significant HR Award in Austria and received a silver prize for our THX! Recognition Program in the category of “Strategy, Leadership & People Development.” Our recognition program is among the best-practice HR programs, tools, and initiatives recognized for innovation and added value brought to the business and employees.
