OMV’s filling stations support critical services with refreshments during the COVID-19 pandemic

While many of us are working from home during national lockdowns, healthcare and emergency organizations are working especially hard and provide extraordinary services to keep us safe.

In order to provide the best possible support for those who are faced with immense pressure in their daily work, OMV provides employees of emergency and health services with our VIVA products:

• Free coffee for health and emergency services at OMV filling stations in Austria (up to 30.04.2020), Serbia (during the national state of emergency), Germany (up to 15.04.2020), Slovakia, Slovenia (31.05.2020), Czech Republic (up to 17.05.2020). In Austria, this offer was extended to soft drinks. In Slovenia snacks were also offered.
• In Romania, OMV Petrom delivered free VIVA Lunch Boxes to 5 public hospitals. A total of 24,000 such VIVA Lunch Boxes were prepared in selected OMV Filling Stations to reach healthcare professionals in hospitals.
• In a few other countries namely in Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia we also donated coffee machines or coffee to hospitals for their staff, as a small token of appreciation for their work in this emergency.
