OMV and ARBÖ start cooperation with attractive offers for all ARBÖ-MasterCard members

• The ARBÖ members with an ARBÖ-MasterCard will immediately profit from a number of discounts at all OMV filling stations
• This cooperation contains attractive discounts on fuel, carwash, shop and gastro products as well as a free cup of coffee

Vienna, October 28, 2011. Based on the cooperation between OMV and ARBÖ, the ARBÖ members will immediately profit from a number of attractive discounts for purchases made at all OMV filling stations participating in the campaign. These range from a 3 cents per liter fuel discount to attractive discounts on carwash, shop and gastro products as well as a free cup of coffee. The only prerequisite is that payment must be made with an ARBÖ-MasterCard. Discounts will be immediately applied at the cash desk.

This cooperation brings two Austrian companies together that have a lot in common. "As an  Austrian car driver club with a long-standing tradition we build on 112 years of experience with our members. Therefore, the company OMV and the 230 OMV filling stations participating in this campaign across Austria are the ideal partner for us," said Heinz Hofer, President of ARBÖ. Harald Joichl, Head of the OMVs filling station business in Austria and Germany, added: "ARBÖ and OMV are both very customer-oriented and they therefore ideally complement each other through their strong focus on service."

The cooperation ensures attractive benefits
Based on this cooperation between OMV and ARBÖ, all ARBÖ members will benefit from a wide range of attractive discounts if payments are made with an ARBÖ-MasterCard:

• 3 cents per liter discount on all OMV fuels;
• 10% discount on all OMV shop and gastro products (with the exception of tobacco products, toll stickers, newspapers and magazines, lottery items, prepaid phone cards, vouchers and promotional campaigns);
• 20% discount on all OMV carwashes (with the exception of jet wash and promotional campaigns);
• a free cup of coffee for each purchase made.

These discounts are granted at all OMV filling stations participating in this cooperation. The discount will be applied when the payment is made at the cash desk and will be displayed on the receipt. "We are delighted to be able to offer our customers these attractive discounts jointly with our cooperation partner ARBÖ;" said Harald Joichl when signing the cooperation agreement with ARBÖ President Heinz Hofer. "With this cooperation we are offering all ARBÖ MasterCard members an attractive bonus package and therefore a tangible advantage," added Heinz Hofer.

Full-fledged ARBÖ-MasterCard 
The ARBÖ-MasterCard is a full-fledged credit card. Each club card can be converted into an ARBÖ-MasterCard regardless of the ARBÖ member’s bank account. For the first subscription year, the ARBÖ credit card is free of charge. Annual fees will then amount to EUR 10.80. "ARBÖ members can easily subscribe to this credit card by simply filling out a form, which is available at all OMV filling stations participating in this cooperation and at all ARBÖ examination centers. These forms have to be personally handed in together with a photo identification card and can be submitted at any of the 96 ARBÖ service offices, at all BAWAG/P.S.K. branch offices and post offices," continued Heinz Hofer.

OMV filling stations are service centers for both people and vehicles.
