#TeamOMV: Thank you!

Reading time: 1 min

The global spread of the coronavirus has abruptly transformed our lives. It is a huge challenge for all of us – and one to which we are having to adapt as effectively as possible, both as a society and as a company.

At present, OMV’s responsibility towards society is especially prominent. Thanks to the hard work of our employees, we have managed to maintain our operations and ensure secure energy supply. The health and wellbeing of every employee is the top priority.

Rainer Seele CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of OMV Aktiengesellschaft
It is time to say a loud and clear thank you to the OMV employees. For everything they are doing in these times. It makes me proud to see the commitment and professionalism with which they are handling this exceptional situation and safeguarding our supply of energy.
Rainer Seele, Chief Executive Officer, OMV Aktiengesellschaft

A special mention to our colleagues working in the field, in the refineries, in gas storage, in trading, in sales, in logistics, at our filling stations, in IT, and in the Emergency Management Team, but also those working from home. They all play an important role in ensuring society is supplied with the oil, gas and petrochemical products it needs.

Thank you for safeguarding energy supply!
