OMV Petrom wins 2 Energy Awards for its Energy Efficiency and Oil and Gas Project of the Year

OMV Petrom’s and Energy Policy Group’s (EPG) Romania Efficienta project has been recognized as the Energy Efficiency Program of the Year acknowledging the project’s excellence and innovation in environmental management and sustainable practices in business. Romania Efficienta is a comprehensive multi-annual program promoting energy efficiency at the national level through public information campaigns, education programs and financing of projects improving the energy efficiency of public buildings. OMV Petrom is contributing EUR 4 mn to this program in the period 2019-2022.

OMV Petrom has also received the Energy Award for Oil and Gas Project of the Year, for excellence in planning and execution and delivering significant benefits for stakeholders and the community.
