OMV is the new general sponsor of the Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien

OMV has expanded its long-term partnership with the Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien (KHM) and has been the new exclusive general sponsor of the world-renowned museum since the beginning of 2022.

Thereby we are taking the jointly cooperation to a new level and we are underline the focus of OMV sponsoring strategy on promoting Austria's most important cultural institutions.

As part of the new expanded commitment, OMV is once again increasingly supporting cultural education programs and innovative activities for children and young people. These include, among many other things, the possibility of exclusive internships for students at the Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien, the organization of “student afternoons” with free entry to the museum and the availableness of the 25+ annual ticket for 25 euros. In this we promote access to art and culture for the younger generation and demonstrate our social responsibility.

Furthermore, we are focusing on special offers for employees as part of the extended partnership, such as exclusive guided tours, ticket competitions or an "OMV Open Museum @ KHM". Our main goal is to provide access to the Kunsthistorisches Museum for as many people as possible in order to create unique emotional and sustainable experiences.
