The OMV Supervisory Board
The OMV Supervisory Board consists of ten shareholder delegates who are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and five employee delegates. All members are highly qualified and have international experience in various industry sectors. Four shareholder delegates have been appointed until the AGM 2024 (Al Kuwaiti, Tumpel-Gugerell, Al Mazrouei, Rose), four shareholder delegates until the AGM 2025 (Stadler, Doboczky, Renard, Stajic), one shareholder delegate until the AGM 2026 (Hlawati) and one shareholder delegate until the AGM 2027 (Feldmann).
