OMV has established a compliance management system which ensures that OMV‘s high ethical standards are implemented consistently and that operations comply with applicable laws. OMV’s compliance management system is regularly evaluated and certified under the compliance certification standard IDW PS 980.

Whistleblowing – Do not keep violations against compliance obligations to yourself
OMV has established a zero-tolerance policy with regard to any form of illegal or unethical behavior. To ensure that our high standards are met throughout the organization, OMV has implemented a reliable reporting channel – the Integrity Platform - for internal and external stakeholders. The Integrity Platform allows to report confidentially and anonymously potential misconduct. All reports will be taken seriously, carefully assessed and handled strictly confidential. Please be assured that you will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of the report.
